Agreement

These terms apply to your use of diamondrecruiting.online, run by Diamond Cut Recruiting ("Diamond Cut", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Your Account

Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Content you add to your page, including film, stats, grades, and contact details, must be yours to share and must be accurate. You own your content and give us permission to host and display it so we can run the service. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Memberships and Free Trials

Building your page is free. Publishing your page and emailing coaches require a membership, which costs $10 per month after a 7-day free trial. No card is needed to start the trial. If you have not added a card when the trial ends, your membership ends and your page goes offline. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice.

No Guarantee of Results

Diamond Cut helps you present yourself and contact coaches. We do not guarantee that any coach will reply, recruit you, or offer a roster spot or scholarship. Coach contact information comes from public sources and may change.

Text Message Terms

Program: Diamond Cut account and recruiting messages.

Consent: When you check the text message box at sign-up and provide your phone number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Diamond Cut, including account updates, help building your page, recruiting tips, and free trial and membership reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you sign up again.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@diamondrecruiting.online.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Diamond Cut to send spam, impersonate anyone, upload content you do not have rights to, or interfere with the site. Coach emails sent through Diamond Cut should be honest messages about your own recruiting.

Disclaimers and Limits

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Diamond Cut is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
