Overview

Diamond Cut ("we", "us") operates a platform that lets athletes build and share recruiting landing pages. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Session Recordings

We use session recording technology to replay how visitors interact with our site so we can identify friction and improve the experience. Recordings may capture mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, page navigation, and device/browser information. We do not intentionally record passwords, payment details, or the contents of fields marked as sensitive. Recordings are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.

Account Information

When you create an account, we store your email address and any profile information you enter (name, sport, school, measurables, contact details, and uploaded media). This data is used to build and display your recruiting page and is visible to visitors at the share URL you publish.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles that securely. We store your subscription status and billing period.

Your Choices

You can dismiss the consent banner to decline session recording. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Note that disabling recording may limit our ability to troubleshoot issues you encounter.

Regional Rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us through the app.
